The Club will be introducing a Lucky Dip draw for those holding yearly tickets.

Dialysis  Event:

This coming Saturday 11th Aug, Ballygrennan Farm, Ballingarry at 3.00pm.  

Lady Harrington is facilitating a Fun Ride & Walk in aid of the Dialysis Unit, Limerick Regional Hospital. 

Walkers will be given a route map and can choose a route to suit, entry fee for adults €10 and Children €3.    The riders will take a five mile route, no jumps and entry fee for adults €20, children €10.  Teas afterwards at Ballygrennan Farm.   All welcome to participate for a very worthy cause.

GARDEN  FETE:

The Committee in Athlacca are not taking any chances with the weather this year so they will hold their annual garden fete in the Community Hall on Sunday 12th at 1.00pm.    All the usual attractions - Wheel of Fortune, Home Baking, Flowers, The Zoo, Bouncing Castle and more.   All proceeds to the Dromin/Athlacca Parish Fund.

 

CASTELTOWN  PATTERN:

Beginning on Wednesday 15th Aug, with Mass at the Holy Well at 1.00pm.   Afterwards there will be an Afternoon Tea Dance in the Hall.

Thursday 16th, 6.00pm -  7km walk/run in aid of the GAA.   Saturday 18th, 11.00am  -  75km Cycle in aid of Make a Wish Foundation & CDA.    Sunday 19th - Family Fun Day and Donkey Derby.

 

GIVE  BLOOD:

Your next opportunity to donate will be on Tuesday, 14th August, Dunraven Arms Hotel, Adare, 6.00pm to 9.00pm.

Stocks are very low at the moment - one thousand people will need blood this week !! 

 

KNOCK:
