if they wish to do so.

DONOR CARDS:

I heard Joe Duffy's programme on organ donation last week and thought it very worthwhile to
mention the text number again. Text the word ' Donor ' to 50050 to apply for a card.
A tragedy in one family could mean the gift of life to two or three families. It is something
to think about and discuss with family members. We will not need any of our organs when we depart
this life, wouldn't it be great

LITTERING:

I notice allot of rubbish is being dumped lately, in front of the creamery. This building has been painted and cleaned up and
is always kept very well. Everyone has enough work to do besides having to clean up after somebody else.
The area in front of the creamery provides ideal parking space and hopefully the people who use it will be a bit more
considerate and take home their rubbish with them.

Results:
U12: Fri Sep 18th.
Newcastle Rovers 0 - Granagh Utd 3
Scorers for Granagh, Kyle Cotter 1, Edward Sheehy 1, Eimhin O Regan 1.
While the band of supporters fought off the midget attack, the team fought for every ball and had most of the possession in the
first half. They were unable to convert it to goals though, having four or five near misses. Newcastle had a good goalkeeper
who happened to be in the right place at the right time.
However, the game turned on the penalty save by the one and only Seanie Cahill. It gave a renewed boost to the forwards
and both Kyle and Edward followed with great goals. To secure the match, the Manager brought on super sub Eimhin. !
On receipt of a pass from William he tapped it into the back of the net with a wonderful shot for his first goal of the season - I am
trying my best to remain impartial here !! Well done to all on the great teamwork.
