CEMETERY MEETING:
The Committee are holding an open meeting at the Community Centre on Monday 23rd May, 8.30pm.
They are hoping to carry out some improvements as regards parking and repairs to footpaths in the new
cemetery. Everyone welcome to attend and air their views.

U8s are busy busy at the moment, they are playing in the Quarter Final of the Cup v Askeaton on Wednesday 18th and have qualified
for the Div 3 Shield Final on Monday 6th June.
U10s are up against Abbeyfeale in the Semi-final of the Cup at the weekend. In a recent match versus Killeaney they scored a total of
fifteen goals - three hat tricks from Ciara English, Paudie Murphy and Liam Bennis. Followed by two from T.J. Tierney and one each
from Sean Murphy, Darragh Clifford, Conor Clifford and James Stapleton. Man of the Match Tom Curtin. Other who played well,
Rory Condon and David Bennett. They certainly had their weetabix that day.!
Congratulations: Shane Collins has been awarded the U8, Div 3 Player of the Year for the second year running. James McDermott has
received Div 3 Player of the Year Award for the U12s. Kyle Cotter, Jack O'Donoghue & Edward Sheehy are on the panel for the
U13 Kennedy Cup in June. Well done to all for their commitment and achievements.

COMMUNITY GAMES:County Finals: The boys and girls who qualified at our sports evening will be back in action on the last weekend in May.
GARDEN WALK:
Sunday 19th June - a date for your diary. Lady Harrington is kindly organising a floral and vegetable garden walk at her home in The Glen.
Monies raised will be donated towards Kilpeacon Tower Restoration Fund, which was struck by lightening and Granagh Development Fund.
Afternoon teas will be available and also plants for sale. This will be a wonderful day in beautiful surroundings.
