GRANAGH UTD. F.C:


Lotto results:

There was no winner in the lotto draw this week. Next Weeks Jackpot € 7,900.

Numbers drawn were 1.4.8.18

Lucky dip winners of €20 each went to James O` Gorman Granagh, Jack Burke Kilfinny & Joan Quirke Croom.

Next weeks draw takes place in The Rock Bar Granagh.

U10:

All U10 panel are meeting at the field this evening Wednesday 1st at 6.45pm for our return leg, friendly match against Kilcornan.

Juniors:

Our junior panel got their season off to a flying start against Knockaderry last Sunday with Joe Scanlon scoring a hat trick and

Patrick O` Donoghue adding a fourth to seal the three points in a very well deserved victory.

Final score Granagh Utd 4 - Knockaderry 1.



COMMUNITY GAMES

YOUTH CHOIR:

Registration for the youth choir will take place in the supper room, Ballingarry on Thursday 2nd Sept. at 7.00pm. Parents will have to

accompany children as they are required top sign the forms. This year practices will be held on Thursday nights, in Ballingarry.



GUITAR CLASSES:

Classes will resume again on Tuesday 21st September in the Community Centre and run for twelve weeks until 14th December.

PARENTING SKILLS:

Last Autumn, the Parents Association held a very informative and well attended course on parenting skills.

They are planning a follow-up course commencing on Thursday 9th September for ten nights ( two hours per night).

The facilitator is Con O'Sullivan, Author and Lecturer.

All are welcome, whether you are a parent of toddlers, school goers or teens and it is not necessary to have attended last year.
