Lotto results:
There was no winner of the €5,000 in the lotto draw this week.
Numbers drawn were 6.20.26.30
Lucky dip winners of €20 each were Alicia Hogan Bruree, Karen O` Donoghue Banogue, Mary Sheahan Croom.
Next weeks jackpot is €5,100.

PARISH LEAGUE:
Don't forget Estuary Park on Saturday 25th July, at 6.00pm. The teams to take part in the tournament will be :-
Team A - Granagh & Kilmore, Team B - Coolrus & Kingsland, Team C - Chawkes Cross and Team D - Bruff Line.
We hope all the rain will have fallen by then as the soft going will not suit some of the players and they will be disappointed if they cannot
show off their skills, especially in front of the press !
I heard a rumour that some teams were looking for cheerleaders !

A new site recently set up may be of interest - www.halfaloaf.ie , which has lots of information for those who have been made unemployed,
anyone interested in setting up their own business or anyone who has spare time to volunteer. There are discussion forums on all kinds of subjects,
a section to sell, swap or barter, a section on bargains , a blog which details different experiences of being unemployed and much more.

LADIES :

As you all know - A layer of Dust protects the Wood beneath it, a house becomes a home when you can write ' I love you ' on the furniture. That's my excuse anyway.?
Dust if you must ........... but wouldn't it be better to paint a picture or write a letter, bake a cake and lick the spoon or plant a seed - ponder the difference
between want and need ?
Dust if you must.......but there's not much time, with wine to drink, rivers to swim and mountains to climb, music to hear and books to read, friends to
cherish and life to lead.
Dust if you must.... but the world's out there with the sun in your eyes, the wind in your hair, a flutter of snow, a shower of rain. This day will not come round
again.
Dust if you must .... but bear in mind, old age will come and it's not kind. An when you go - and go you must - you, yourself will make more dust !

The moral of the story, is - Life is short, Enjoy it ! It's not what you gather, but what you scatter, that tells what kind of life you have lived.
